Sensyze Dataflow implements a fair usage policy to ensure platform stability and equitable access for all users.
Usage Limits
Pipeline Execution
- Free Tier: 120 minutes per bi-weekly cycle (14 days)
- Reset Period: Every 14 days from first usage
- What Counts: Total execution time of all pipelines
- What Happens When Exceeded: Pipeline execution is temporarily locked until next reset
AI Operations
- Free Tier: 5 AI operations per week
- Reset Period: Every 7 days from first usage
- What Counts: Code generation, optimization, analysis using AI
- Bypass Option: Add your own Gemini API key for unlimited access
Data Processing
- Tracked: Amount of data processed in megabytes
- No Hard Limit: Monitored for optimization purposes
How It Works
Automatic Tracking
When you run a pipeline:
- Start Time: Recorded when pipeline begins
- Processing: Your data flows through the pipeline
- Completion: End time recorded
- Calculation: Minutes = (End - Start) / 60
- Update: Your usage counter increases
- Check: If total >= 120 minutes, access is locked
Lock Notification
When you reach your limit:
- Warning banner appears at top of page
- Lock icon shows in Usage & Billing section
- Unlock date and time displayed
Extending Your Capacity
Option 1: Purchase Credits
- Price: $15 USD
- Includes: 6000 additional minutes
- Validity: Credits never expire
- Usage: Automatically deducted before free tier
Option 2: Use Your Own Gemini API Key
- Get a Gemini API key from Google AI Studio
- Go to Account Settings > Profile
- Enter your key in "Gemini API Key" field
- Enjoy unlimited AI operations using your own quota
Option 3: Wait for Reset
- Free option - no cost
- Your usage resets every 14 days
